Labour Warranty:
BioDen offers a 14-day labour warranty on repair services. This warranty applies only to the same issue addressed during the original service visit and does not cover new or unrelated issues.
Parts Warranty:
All replacement parts supplied by BioDen are covered strictly under the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are determined by the manufacturer. BioDen does not extend, modify, or replace manufacturer warranties.
Exclusions:
Warranty coverage may be void if the equipment is modified, serviced by a third party, misused, improperly maintained, or operated outside the manufacturer’s specifications after BioDen’s service.
Warranty details may vary depending on the service performed and will be noted on the service invoice where applicable.

9. First Diagnostic Visit Policy

BioDen offers a complimentary first diagnostic visit within the Vancouver area.
During the first visit, our technician will inspect the equipment and identify the reported issue.
If repair, troubleshooting, or corrective work is required, applicable labour and service charges will apply according to BioDen’s published rates and will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.
This complimentary first diagnostic visit is limited to the Vancouver area only.
For service calls outside Vancouver, including but not limited to Langley, Surrey, Abbotsford, and other regions, travel and diagnostic fees may apply.
All fees will be disclosed in advance for transparency and approval.
